As Global Design Lead at Devoteam, I oversaw the company’s most recent brand refresh, launched alongside a new positioning and tagline: AI-driven tech consulting.

The refreshed identity retained key visual elements—such as colour and circular shapes—while introducing new treatments, including AI-generated imagery and dynamic light streams.

In this project, I balanced two responsibilities:
Design leadership: I pitched the concept to management, guided and supervised a team of graphic and motion designers, distributed tasks, provided feedback, and validated final assets to ensure consistency across all markets.
Hands-on contribution: I also created a selection of brand assets myself, contributing directly alongside the team.
As part of the refresh, I authored the new brand guidelines, making clear how each asset should be used. I also created a centralised branding zone to house templates and assets, accessible to 11,000 employees, and led onboarding sessions with marketing teams across multiple geographies.
